Yes it does look a bit plain, BUT it doesn't show the dirt, road dings, and various scrapes. I've had a red car which was beautiful but road dings and the resultant touch up paint looked bad. Also have had a black and dark grey colored car, same situation. I am in a bit of a rut with a silver IS 250 (essentially the same color) and a silver Honda CRV. The red was very tempting though. Dadhawks' looks fantastic.

I typically don't like silver cars but it looks really good on the FR-S.

Congratulations Russv! I am your evil twin, also went with Argento and an automatic. Those paddle shifters are going to get a work out after she is broke in!

I've discovered that the doors are loooong and my narrow garage. Bit of a struggle to get out.

My brother had the same problem with his one car garage. We affixed some flexible rubber lining to the walls/shelves at the level of the driver's side door. Result...he can get out easily without dinging up his door.

I detailed my car today which is a good exercise in finding how well a car is put together. I am extremely pleased with the fit and finish, small panel gaps, and quality of the paint. My only complaint is the extremely flat plane of the hood (bonnet). In a car with a rather voluptuous body I would have liked to see at least a small power bulge to go along with the front wheel arches. I feel like I'm piloting a small aircraft carrier. Other than that, I love the car.
