And how many times did somebody see your car for the first time, turn to you and say "mid life crisis?".

Everybody. BOOOORing.

I am so sick of hearing that and pointing out that all the cars I owned were leading in this direction!

Ditto. Gotta point out to all and sundry how I've owned/driven AH Sprites, Nash Metropolitian , MG's, Karmann Ghias, a 3.0 Bavaria, a Supra. After 25 years of having to drive "city cars" I live where I can finally drive something interesting.

Like I told my mechanics, I want one more sports car before I die.

Woah Carmax gave you a pretty good price for your car, from my own experience. A couple of months ago I was checking out a car at a dealer and they wanted to sell me their car so they offered me a whopping $8,500 for a trade in. I was only at 25k miles not your 35k and it was a release series, no accidents or dents. The salesman seriously looked into my eyes and believed $8,500 was a fantastic offer for my trade in.

Yeah, and that was why I didn't even laugh at the salesman, nor storm out. I just politely asked for my keys back and told them I was not interested and walked away from the dealer.

Wow thats just crazy. I still have a theory that they gave me the wrong offer, from someone else's car lol. I thought it was way too good to be true.

How do your driving habits feel fifty? From my perspective that means you drive like a 20 year old (Cuz I do).

Hehe. I average 31mpgallon if that helps. I have 31k miles and still have PLENTY of tires left on the original tires....

I brag about getting over 30MPG in a sports car... This is depressing typing.

BRB gonna go do some doughnuts.

Oh on a side note, 2013 29,560 miles M6 with 1 ding on the carfax a local dealer offered me 13,5 and then countered with 15,5 I laughed both times. I might budge at 17...

I only owe 6k on it I should have it paid off this summer. No thanks.
