Jackson Racing SC - 10k Update

Jackson Racing Super Charger – Update…

Counter Space Garage installed the super charger for me back in March of this year. Currently my car has 12k and it was 4/5k miles at the time of the install. I have gone thru 1 oil change and my oil change is at 5k / 6k intervals.
Let’s me start by saying, I LUV this SC. Again, this is the way the car should have come off the line. I have had ZERO issues with the SC and I run it hard. With 19” wheels, my average MPG is 22.4. One tank of gas will get me between 225-245 miles. The truths with the drop of MPG are the following two factors: 1.) I have a heavy foot and 2.) It’s the heavy a$$ 19”. I love this supercharger, and I can’t reinforce enough how friendly the guys over at CSG and Jackson Racing has been. They’ve put me to ease with every little questions or concerns I have had. Jackson Racing guys answered every single Supercharger Q&A from the architecture to development fundamentals. CSG guys are also very good for they will not waste your time and have not provided back advice for me with the upgrade. I have to also give some props to Shawn over at Churches for he has really provided some really good suggestions of what I should do and not do to this FR-S stock engine.

Now to everything that is positive, there must be some negatives. Negatives, you get use to this extra power very quick. It could be just human nature for we as humans always want more. For a brief time there I thought my SC went bad and not till I got to drive another FR-S, then I realized it was me who has gotten used to the extra power.

I just can’t praise all these guys enough for this really made this upgrade a truly enjoyable one. ZERO regrets with this Super Charger. If you have the cash and love power, Jackson Racing Super Charger is the way to go.

Regards,

Love mine. No issues at all and I've got about 9k on mine. Money well spent!

Oh and the CSG guys are "ok"

Love mine, especially since I got a proper tune from @moto-mike (never used JR CARB tune). Many mods and enough power, great handling (Ohlins) and brakes (AP Racing sprint BBK) for me with this platform on track/ax/street.
