Also if anyone has a center of hub to bottom of fender measurement, that would be great too.
I can get you my hub-fender measurements after work. They should be roughly what last year's national championship car was running, given I didn't touch the coilovers before putting them on.

To be clear there is no update/backdate rule in ST. What you're referring to only applies to bodywork in 14.2.F.

Addition of spoilers, splitters, rear wings, bumper covers, valances, side skirts and non-functional scoops/vents is allowed provided either:
1. It is a production part which is standard or optional equipment of a US model of the vehicle ("Model" is defined in Section 12.3)

Which covers far far less than the actual update/backdate rule that appears in SP. Honestly I'm not even sure it covers under-body panels.

Quick Measurement: (hub-fender)

12.25" Front
13.0" Rear

I think maybe my rear could go down a bit. Quarter inch or so. Keep in mind this is un-corner balanced right now.

Under the provisions of Section 1.1 of these rules, SCCA® Regions are free to allow any other version of the Street Touring® concept which meets the local needs. In particular, some leeway in the area of bodywork allowances
(e.g., wings/spoilers beyond those allowed in Section 14.2.F) is encouraged at SCCA® Regional Solo® events.

And? Then it becomes a question of what the region allows, not what the rules say. That will be different for each region.

Its the "don't be a ****" rule.

Would anyone in their right mind boot someone out of class because they added a trunk liner to a trunk-liner-less C-stock FRS, or switched to the sharkfin antenna from a 2015 on a FSP BRZ, or added the underbody panels to a STX class twin?

NO, unless you were doing it to be an ass. Its not a firm rule for a reason.

Thanks! Very helpful. I guess I'll intall them where they came out of the box and then adjust accordingly.

Ok, so we have a CAT in the stock header. Since you have to have a CAT, does that one count? In other words can I use a catless front pipe as long as the header is stock? That's where I get confused.

Yeah, you only need to retain one cat. Even that doesn't have to be stock, it can be a high-flow replacement (specs are in the rulebook). So you could go with a catless front pipe and a non-stock, but catted, header if you wanted to.

In my personal opinion, you could try to "sell it" or legally have it as an engine dress up item as it does not offer any performance benefit.

It's the kind of thing that might get a protest at nationals if it's that kind of week for someone, but would probably not even warrant a second look locally. I have no idea if a protest would be upheld. Rumor is a rotary was once town down because of an aftermarket cam sticker in a stock class...
