Ill track down another bar and try that.

Have you tried that setup with the stock bar? I would suggest that before spending more on another aftermarket bar. Also, I was reading through and am I correct that your goal is to make a competitive C-street car for autox? If so, aftermarket springs are a no-no.

You mean putting the stock 14mm bar back on?

Yes I have. I'm looking for a 16mm bar to try now.

And no I'm in STX

The weird thing is that I don't feel the car being loose at all. There's no tire squeal and no opposite lock needed to correct when the traction control light flashes.

I got an updated alignment when I got the wheels and tires mounted too. Could the new alignment settings be to blame? Here's the alignment sheet:

That is odd. Your alignment looks good.

Keep us posted.

Just giving a heads up...and bragging.

What springs would you recommend for ST coilovers? I'm new to all this, I don't know what more information you need.

I think they could with springs.. lol ? Do you mean you want to change out the springs for something stiffer, if so then maybe the valving on them wouldn't be ideal as I personally think they're slightly under damped(not sure if spelled right) for their oe springs.

Ok, got a hold of a 16mm WRX bar. It certainly helped, but the car still just feels a little to lethargic and still not quite balanced.

I'm contemplating two ideas currently:

1. Strano FSB, 16mm WRX RSB (current setup), Bilstein B8 shocks, Group-N front strut top mounts, RCE yellow front springs, RCE tarmac rear springs (I could "test" the spring combos seeing as I have yellows now, just get a set of tarmacs for testing)

2. Perrin 19mm adjustable FSB, Perrin 16mm adjustable RSB, Cusco Touring-A shocks, Group-N front strut top mounts, RCE Yellow front springs, RCE tarmac rear springs

Option #1 is basically zero adjustability minus swapping springs and swaybars. Option two gives a LOT of adjustability for fine tuning the cars balance.
Option #1 has more reliable shocks, the Cuscos in option 2 are an unknown quantity.
Option #2 costs about $500 more due to swaybars and more expensive shocks.

But for right now I'm probably OK for what I'm doing just not perfectly setup for what I'm looking to do.
