No, the guy I talked to was tall-ish (around 6 feet) but fairly average in build. I should have taken note of his name.

The RSX engine jerk bothers me a lot. I usually feel it in 1st gear the most (why does it even happen?) I did not experience that with the FR-S.

Its likely related to engine tune. IE off-throttle tune and fuel mapping

I'm currently driving an Accord and it also does that but not as noticeable. Glad to hear you didn't experience this on the FR-S.

Well the FRS... not as mush grunt but i knew it wouldnt, also so felt strange reving an engine pass 6000rpm. the handling was amazing, i had a green as i was geting off the highway and just wiped it around the corner. The seating position is perfect, seats not as good as the trans ams but very close. My only problem with the interior is that fake crabon fiber dash bit, i hope someone an after market piece to replace it.I am glad that i have bought the FRS over the Genesis.

FYI - The dash is not fake carbon fibre at all. Its just black plastic with a bunch of "T" logos as a pattern. It was never intented to be fake carbon. Just plastic with a pattern.

You should watch the videos posted a few months ago from the designer. Very interesting to hear his thoughts. After listening to him, I really do see the 2000-GT in this car. I love the FR-S design.

Many will likely say the FR-S/BRZ needs more power and while more wouldn’t hurt, those folks (the same ones who have probably never driven on a track) are missing the point.

Got my update from my scion brand manager today ...car arrived in toronto compound from port and is waiting to load up the trucks for distribution. Other Mississauga pre orders are probably same situation as mine.

My sales told me they are not releasing my car from the compound till the official date of release. What does your branch manager say?

I don't know exactly when they're going to start the loading the trucks for distribution. She just likes to update me on status of shipment. Is the launch supposedly June 1st or will they do earlier than that. Just glad i know it's already here and soon to be mine.

Our brand manager (GTA group buy) said they might release a little earlier in Canada than the June 1 US release date but he had nothing official on that.
