I guess if you switch the cables of the module facing the red 2 and brown 3 cables on both cables of the module it should work...

As a person who does not have any clue what those diagrams mean - which wires would need to be changed on the kit to make it work? Any idea?

We'll be exchanging any non-USDM purchases at no charge, and putting up a new listing shortly for those who want to order. I'm very disappointed, we specifically checked for this but apparently made a mistake. It just means a little waiting for our overseas friends, but rest assured we'll make it right.

If you're electrically inclined and you'd like to resolve it yourself, you'll need to switch pins 2 and 3 in the harness.

Thanks everyone.

do we need to return our received kits in order to get the non-USDM Kit?

Seems there's quite a bit of confusion. Understandable, just need to provide some clarification.
What? Mine didn't come with instructions at all.

You didn't have a sheet of paper at the bottom of your box with install instructions?

Nope. Just a bunch of wires and electrical tape tossed in a box.

Took me about 10 minutes to install. 5 of that was routing the wires.

Odd. I had some printed instructions in the bottom of mine along with the harness and a small screw driver to adjust the potentiometer for the drl dimming.

Yea but I have no driveway or garage. So I have to install it while double parked somewhere XD

Was planning to do it sunday but the snow was just too annoying. Didnt want to bother.

Oh and I did get the little screwdriver but no instructions.

I assumed they had adopted Grimmspeed's policy of no instructions. But it seems they actually just adopted the typical ebay policy of ship "eventually" with or without everything included in the box without bothering pack it in any respectable manner.

Everyone talks about DD's amazing quality and customer service, but when I look in the box they sent (and their replies to my emails) all of that is a mystery to me.

Got mine over the weekend but didn't have time to install until right now in my work parking lot. Took five minutes and everything works as advertised! I'll adjust drl brightness and wire routing later.

You're kind of assuming a lot. Maybe the person packing your order forgot the instructions. Does that make it right? no, but maybe it was an accident. IMO most people in this thread REALLY want this product so they have watched the install video. If you watched the video you don't really need the sheet of paper, I saw it in the box but didn't use it as the video was more than helpful.

The shipping eventually thing I get, but at least they've come out and said they underestimated the demand of this module and are working on getting everyone theirs. That's more than most vendors on here or anywhere do.

As for their customer service it is better then most. I have had to return a faulty led light before and they never hesitated in taking care of the issue as well as any questions I've ever called/emailed them with. The way I see it they are at least being accountable for any problems customers are having with faulty modules, as well as working on fulfilling orders.

I wouldn't be happy either but I would be glad to see that DD is making an effort to take care of all customers happy or not.
