No. I personally have had issues with an exhaust leak until recently, so I've not E85. Plus, the winter blend here is miserably inconsistent. When it warms up I will

hi
anyone else running the kraftwerks kit with the OFT? We are trying to dial in enough fuel but it stays WAY to lean. Also it seems like the KWis boosting way too much. What boost is everyone running with the C30 kit? what is the size of the compressor drive pulley (to see if we might have the wrong pulley) I'm not enterirely sure but it looks our C30 kit is boosting to 1.35bar?! We have the C30 kit with toothed pulleys denso 2.5bar map sensor sard decat exhaust manifold stock overpipe sard catted front pipe milltek resonated catback OFT with our custom developped map (in progress) stationairy our map sensor reads 0.06 kpa so it seems to run just over atmospherical pressure even stationairy, then pulls upto 135 kpa at just 5500rpm where we ran out of fuel, DI fuel is at 100% / 20Mpa and port injection is also at about 96% ??? fuelpump duty is at around 86-90% or is 135 just 0.35bar? it is very weird we cannot get it rich enouh while everyone else runs at stock fuel system? either way we are running to lean. from about 5000rpm upwards we have fuelpump and 650cc deatschwerks injectors waiting to go in now, but we worry about 1.35 bar on a stock engine (we just blew the stock headgaskets at 5000rpm) so i want to make sure 100% we have the right pulley or maybe our map sensor reads wrong we have the following settings for the honda/denso map sensor in our oft: multiplier: 0.367 offset: -0.045 this is a screenshot of a log we made, look at the fuel data and map reading. ![]() any info on KW C30 pulley size or max boost please? |

I take it that you're using G series ROMs being in Europe. What software are you using to tune? I know that some of the Rotrex kits need to be SD mapped, or at least are hard to map using MAF alone from what others have said.
There are 3 manifold pressure sensor scaling tables, have you changed them all? BTW, if you're using Romraider I have some decent A01G/A02G ROM definitions which are compatible for Euro cars (I'm in the UK). Use the A01G definition if using OFT files, if using completely stock original ROMs then use the correct one. Both can be found here. Stock ROMs can be found here How much DI are you running and what does your ratio table look like? How do you know it's at 100%?

+1 thought about 11 psi was limit of stock fuel system .
if you have oft the oft guys would send you a vortech sc tune its 9 psi on petrol with 2.5 bar omni map sensor on stock fuel system. Not compatable with your kraftworks kit but may be usefull to see adjustments to load limits, fueling ect they used to send you in right direction. the oft guys have not done a kraftworks kit, if they did quite a few people would be on it |

@Kodename47 has done some metric definitions. did you convert map sensor bar to psi ? the OFT Vortech SC tune uses Omni 2.5 bar MAP sensor the setting in that rom are Multiplier (psi absolute/v) = 7.251 Offset = 1.450 Did increase MAF limit max (g/s) NA roms its 200 vortech SC rom 500 I know nothing about SC/Turbo tuning just some suggestions. Also noticed on Techstream your Calculated engine load is 100% maybe your hitting a load limiter ?? |

What do you mean it runs a bit rich on stock header? And do you think I should use a different oil when I run on E85 because I got different people telling me that they are using stock oil and some are using different ones.

Make sure your oil is E85 compatable, most SN rated oils should be ,a lot of people change out the stock oil when running E85 as your not 100% sure what it is. |

I'm using romraider to tune i just changed the map sensor scaling in 1 place , didn't find other places? can you guide me to where they are? i changed the "manifold pressure scaling" under the "manifold pressure sensor" tab. i also rescaled the fuel and ignition maps to 2.25 in the load scale. DI injection maximum is now 100% in the full map and GDI pressure target is 20Mpa above the 100 on the load axxis. i use the Toyota techstream program for logging. |
