Answered my own question--Sprintex confirmed that the o-ring is installed incorrectly in the picture I posted. It's 3/32, 820 mm of o-ring cord stock is what they say you need to make it. Ordered a 10 foot roll in viton from mcmaster for ~$18. The guy I spoke to (Gary, very knowledgeable if you ever need to work with them) was surprised the car ran decently at all with that vacuum/boost leak. Bit of a mystery why it was ever disassembled in the first place. I will replace the o-ring this weekend.

call Sprintex USA, they probably don't have it, but they can get it.

They're not available yet and nothing official. In the pipeline but has been for two years.

Tuning wise our tune will work with it just fine. The slight increase in boost and efficiency is something we can easily take care of with datalogs relative to where we fell in with both the 210 and the 335.

Anyone know what the torque specs are for the supercharger pulley bolts? Looked everywhere, but can't find it. Thanks!
