Looks like a 245/40R17 or 235-series on 17x7. It's what my setup looks like.

Its not chrome, its unpainted :P I chemically stripped the old powdercoat and just left it.

I did my first event last Sunday with 225/45r17 Z2 SS on 17x7's. The temps were pretty miserable. 44° and rainy.

The Z2SS were a great choice for the day though. I was very surprised by the amount of grip they had.

I got 1st in CS and 9th in PAX. The first run group was able to get 3 runs in before the rain hit. Looking at the times after the rain, I had the 2nd fastest time of the day.

Ugh! 140 -> 200tw is no bueno.

I still got a set of 140tw tires w/ good tread on em and I'd rather not have to buy a new set right now.

I think i saw you are gonna run a full season in Sac? Looking forward to some good competition in STX this year.

Well, it looks like a couple of companies did not really change anything except the TW stamp on the side of the tire. Grind that sucker off!
