Will be said this is irrelevant because "but there as a term of air resistance that is linear in velocity compared to frontal impact of the object, proportional to v squared in friction along the sides, and mad crazy function with regards to slipstream turbulence."

So by that experiment, bigger boobies make cash drop faster but other things go up? newtons third law? For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Why don't you people just look it up and quit arguing?
It's all explained here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terminal_velocity

Polite suggestion:
If you don't understand every detail of what that article tells you, don't make up your own theories to compensate.

Not sure about your point, Sarlacc. To me the underlying assumption is that the Lexus, due to its greater weight, will have a higher terminal velocity. However, this is dependent on A, the projected area, Cd, the drag coefficient and the mass of the object, m. Acceleration due to gravity (g) and rho (fluid density) are effectively fixed. "A" will favor the FR-S, Cd will favor the FR-S, since they are in the denominator. Only mass (m) will favor the Lexus.

rcf frs
length 185.2 166.7
width 72.6 69.9
height 54.2 50.6 dimensions in inches
weight 3958 lbs 2758 lbs(mtrans.)

Assuming the cars are dropped flat and don't tumble... the projected area of the bottoms are 13,455.5 in squared (lexus) and 11,652 in squared (frs)

I think the Cd should be about the same for a just about any sporty shaped car falling from the sky.. but there are the projected areas.

It's the difference in mass that is sort of astounding

If they are dropped by the tail and stay nose down (although I suspect that they may actually tumble), then the drag coefficient of 0.27 for the FR-S is significantly lower than the drag coefficient for the Lexus (0.33). If they tumble, then the problem becomes much more difficult and I suspect that the mass would then be the overriding factor.
