I would say they are talking about the black that is next to the DRL. It is making the Vents look like they are bigger and deeper but I think it is just painted black and giving that illusion rather then the entire bumper being yellow. Same goes with the front grill. There appears to be a red strip along the front center grill. Along with the dark lighting it seems like it is recessed more.
