thanks guys! i guess i'll just wait till we get the car and then purchase the bulbs then. for now its H11's and t10's on the menu. i really wanna purchase coilovers, HKS' from japan... just wondering if i should wait for BC's or others like pedders etc..

if you want the look only, get springs. if you want improvement i'd spend a little more over BC etc.
i think the car has been tuned pretty good by Toyota and $1k coilovers are likely to make the car worse. |

How do you propose to convert to HID's up front? Obviously with an aftermarket kit?
You knwo that's illegal without the washer jets right? |

a hid conversion kit, i've done it in my previous car and never had a problem with the boys in blue. i dont plan on tracking the car but there's a possibility in future however, i do want the look and would never go springs. just not for me i've had springs in my other car and doesn't satisfy me. CUSCO is too exxy, HKS is an option, BC possibly, tein maybe but yeah see what others are out there...

for me i am not going to bother with JDM brands for this car. i'm thinking about KW but they're exxy....
maybe some swift springs + konis. |

Fair enough man. Just wanted to make sure you knew it was illegal, that’s all. If you haven’t had any issues previously, that’s good, and lucky
![]() As for coilovers, I am with Nardi.. Don’t get cheap ones. I will be considering TRD, Cusco, HKS, Tein and maybe a couple of other brands. |

thanks for your concern. anyways i'll go with whatever suits my budget. im not after expensive brands just whatever goes for a decent price and is decent for looks and is 'comfortable'. at the end of the day i dont plan tracking it or hooning/drifting the streets. just a daily driver here in a nice car that turns heads is all im after.
