What should I do next?

I have a CAI installed along with Perrin overpipe and exhaust. I am looking for more WHP. Trying to work on a $1000 budget. Any suggestions? If you say tuning does anyone know a good person/crew in the Denver area?

Your altitude is probably costing you a lot of HP. Forced Induction, (turbo or super-charging) will compensate for the loss of HP from high altitude. Installing a header is the biggest change you can make to a Naturally Aspirated engine. Normally I'd just suggest an OFT with OFH, but at your altitude, I'd suggest an SBD turbo kit with OFT. If you just can't afford that, at least get a header. That's a much better investment than overpipe or muffler in terms of HP per dollar.
