anybody ordered these before? I'm wanting to get it for the prime... reviews seem ok too.
Yes, I have them.

Right now I just have them resting against the plastic until I can figure something out. I'm not sure how hot led bulbs get, but I'm a little worried about melting plastic.
I have the brightest one in red for dome light. Did what you did but red is not bright, so I went with the board. Mine rests directly on the plastic because the adhesive kept coming off. It's been months and no melting so it's fine!

It turns out I actually do have the brightest options available from the site. I checked my order again, and since I put the trunk light in the dome light, all my interior LED's are the maximum stage available. If they hadn't given me a blue LED, I'd have the stage 2 dome light, but since they gave me the wrong one I put the board up there. No issues so far with it resting on the plastic.. I don't even think it's moved.

You are right, red just isn't a bright color. I don't really care though, at least it has the functional advantage of not destroying my night vision if I flip it on in the dark.

Edit: Checked again, the courtesy lights come in stage 3 boards, I only have stage 2 for those. Idk how you're supposed to attach them though. The flat sticky backing is a dumb method.. there's nowhere to stick them within the fixtures.

Does anyone know if these will fit a 2015 BRZ? Website only says 2013-2014.

Red is easier on the eyes than any other light color.

I have a 2015, lights and such haven't changed. I think the center console / head unit is effectively the only change for 2015 interior (at least in the frs)

Thanks for the info. I bought them a few days ago so fingers crossed it's the same with the BRZ!

Cheers.

I have the blue footwell lights and I want to change to red.
What bulbs are used?
I was thinking of these https://www.superbrightleds.com/more.../attributes/13 I don't want a strip as I think that would be too much light

You could give these a try (Edit: oops, you said you don't want a strip. Doesn't look too bright though.)
