my center cigaret lighter/12volt output is not working?

Hi guys i have been having this electrical issue for the past month and cant seem to find the problem. The 12volt output right in the middle by the cupholders is not working i checked through my fuses they seem to be fine and i dont know what else could be causing the problem. The 12 volt output behid the glovecompartment works fine tho. If you can help in any way i apriciate it.

Which fuses? If you could narrow it down. Because i know one fuse controlls both of the 12volt outputs. And one works and the other doesnt.

Have you jumped into the electrical going into that outlet for any aftermarket parts such as a lighted center plaque of anything?
