Strange. What you can do is delete your entire Openflash folder and just install it from scratch using the latest 1.15.1 installer. That should do the trick

Anyone willing to take a look at a third gear pull on E85 and Lmk if things are running as they should. Would be much appreciated

Edit: started the pull at 2k rpm in third gear and I believe I shifted at around 7,300 or 7,400.

It would be helpful if you included engine speed as one of the logged channels

For the past 2 weeks. I drove my car 3 times. I only drive my car on the weekend and last Sunday night as I was about to leave my girl's house. I started the car normally, and as soon I started the car shuts off immediately. It struggled to turn on. And I started again and it gave me a CEL code and as well as that "slip" icon. After clearing the code with the OFT, i let my car idle for literally 10-15 minutes and it drove fine. Then today, I started the car and it did the same thing again, but this time no CEL or no "slip" icon. Just turned off automatically. Then after starting it the third time, it worked and drove home just fine.
I just noticed how my throttle response got "weaker". If i can call it that. So I tried to log it with my OFT. It's my first time logging and I'm not too sure if it's good or bad. So if anyone would be willing to help, that'll be awesome! I'm running Stage01 91Oct w/ K&N Drop in filter, Invidia cattless frontpipe and Invidia N1 catback.

PS. The CEL was P0193, I googled it and it has something to do with FRP (Fuel Rail Pressure). I'm not too sure if it's serious or not. But I am still bringing the car to the dealership next Saturday.

If you getting that cel code or car just shutting down, your car has a hardware problem, nothing to do with tune.

flash back your stock rom with oft ( just to be sure you will have no issues at dealer), drive till cel code or problem re appears (reflash resets ecu and cel codes) then take to dealer, possible fuel pump issue , unless your running out of fuel .

car will go into limp home mode with that cel reduced power and 4500 rpm limit.

Would it cause any problems with the engine or anything what so ever? I'm scared to drive the car, then it shuts off while I'm driving. I just watch too many movies. Haha!

no dont go on road trip
probably ok to drive short distance at low rpm, possible fuel pump issue
if your concerned ring dealer for advise they may pay for tow truck or send tech ????

Thanks a lot. I'll have to wait till next Saturday to bring the car to the dealership. I work Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. And I commute and it takes 1 hour to get home. By the time I get home, service dept. is closed. So next Saturday is the next available time. =(
I wish I'd find out if there's actually what's wrong starting the car. It only happens when I park my car outside in the cold for a few hours. I usually park my car in the garage. Even then my car still struggles to turn over.

When I log with my OFT and then upload the log onto my pc, my MAF voltage's are always 0 as well as adv multiplier.



I've updated my templates and tablet.

Any ideas?

you likey on very new rom like D00G, i think the oft guys have correctedcthe logging for that rom but you will need to update your openflash manager to latest version 1.16.1 i think ans let oft update and then load latest template file from openflash download site

if thats all done then email the guys at sales@openflashperformance.com not 100% on that addressxthough. also try shiv@openflashperformance.com
