Personally I would go with bronze or the hyper black. There have been known problems paint issues with the bronze....depending on which batch you got. Most seem to be ok.

Added Red LED's for night time mood lighting
Ordered 4 red led strips for 6 bucks of eBay and some 99 cent switches.
Installed some night time driving mood lighting. Used two switches one for driver and one for passenger. Put them where the heated seat buttons go with a yospeed center console piece. Yeah its a bit fast and furious, but sometimes when I need light in the car, you don't really want the super bright cabin light. |

NSX Photos back in the day
Going through some old hard drives and found a folder containing photos of my NSX at the EA photoshoot for Need for Speed Underground car reference. I miss this car...had it for 5 years. But honestly the FRS is just as enjoyable to drive.

Trunk Lid Liner
A part that was not included in the FR-S to keep the costs down I am assuming. Was really surprised to see the bare metal.
Part was relatively low cost....I think it was aprox $80 at the subaru dealer. If you decide to order this part make sure you order the little snap on clips that hold it in place. Last edited by Parappa; 11-13-2014 at 08:42 PM. |

WinJets in Black
Really excited to have received the Winjet headlights via Fedex. Ordered the headlights from eBay. Arrived in 4 days all inclusive so there was no brokerage fee.
Some people dont like the Winjets but I think they look great! The installation took aprox 7 hours. Worked on it slowly during a sunny day. With breaks and lunch etc.... For those who are thinking about this mod there were 2 areas that were difficult. 1. the side markers - I tried inserting the screwdriver to push the tab down but just ended up pulling the side marker till it popped off. You will use a bit of force. It really feels like you might snap it. Once you realise how much force you need the opposite is a breeze. 2. adjusting the horizontal alignment of the headlights (right headlight next to the battery) - finding the right socket combination to fit between the headlight and the battery was a pain. (I can post a picture of the socket combination I used that fit) I did not wire the HID kit into the Winjets before installing. I would recommend doing that if possible. But if you don't its totally ok just a bit tight. Had a bit of fogging the first two days. But its totally fine now, seems like a normal thing....driven in heavy rain, washed car etc.... just to make sure everything was good. Overall I love the look of the Winjets. |

Man I'm so happy I found this thread. I got a white BRZ and I was torn apart between many wheels, these XXRs look so good I might get them for myself! Thanks!
