I can only comment on my heat exchanger, which is different from the Innovate version. However, mine sits on the base/floor support of the bumper. Your Zeek snorkel would be above it, not interfering with it. Same goes with the brake ducting, which I assume are behind the fog lights? Neither would be in the way of the heat exchanger (at least I don't think so). Maybe someone can post a picture for you??

I thought they were behind the fog lights, but I guess not. Looking at your pictures, my heat exchanger would not fit with your ducts in that location. Someone else with the Innovate exchanger will need to chime in, since there's is different. I believe the Innovate version is a little smaller???

Sorry guys, I'm sure it's posted but I'm not wading through 150 pages for this.
What is the crank horsepower for the smaller intercooled kit running 93 octane on an otherwise stock engine?

Intercooled on 93, stock everything should be around 230-250whp .... Add 20%, should be around 300 at the crank ....I believe.

Can I tap into the evap solenoid line (the one that runs from rear of charger elbow to solenoid) for boost reading?

The lines on the rear charger elbow never see boost, they are pre-screws. You need a line off the manifold under the charger. There is one pre tapped and plugged on the rear passenger side, or tap a new one.

Thanks, I think I'll try tapping the MAP sensor plate.

The small pre-tapped hole under the elbow is a PITA to get to...

Mine started doing this as well lately. It squeaks on cold start and then goes away. As soon as I am driving it comes back just not as loud. When I engage the clutch it goes away.

I had a bad pulley a month ago making a squeaking and had to replace it, but this is new.

Not really sure where it is coming from. I will try out a different belt/pulleys and see what happens.

Did yours fail? Just curious how I would tell if the bypass valve isn't working?
