Got mine from tire rack for my winter tires. Well less than $100.00 each, and they have not lost a pound of air in two months. Can't post a picture from this silly app, but search my posts for my winter tire shot.

Notice the quotation marks:P These are authentic Advans but since Rota is making replicas I figured I'd post these up anyways for the OP to see because these fit OP's requirements.
Wheel are 18x9.5 +40 with 255/35/18 MPSS

I see... Usually it'd be "advan's" lol how's the 9.5's fit for you? I ride a little lower than yours

They fit fine

Had to roll part of the front fenders near the side markers and trim a bit of the rear bumper where it meets the rear quarter panels but that's about it. MPSS runs a bit wider than many other 255 tires too.
