Nah, it was paved. this was just a dirt pull-off area, there's a few of them around there. This was around mile marker 207.

Though the pavement through parts of the 88 can only be called "pavement" by the most technical definition.

My Love and I cleaned Emi today and I was able to snap this pic in the neighborhood. Just sent it to DSCB who agreed to make her into a pixar edit.

Nice to see you both today @markzellers and @ineedboost.
@ineedboost, if you ever plan on fabricating custom diffusers (for example, the exhaust cut out left of center for the JDL car back) let me know! Your work looked excellent.

I mentioned a monthly central meet somewhere with @markzellers today and @nelsmar a while back. How much interest would there be? Marin and I thought about something like the gastropub he frequents.

We're a very active community in, I think, 4 areas of AZ. (Yuma -- just starting, PHX East Valley, PHX West Valley, and Tucson)

Rex speed convex mirrors, Not much of a mod but it makes a hell of a difference driving no more blind spots and it's the heated version

*sorry for the small image I suck at posting pictures*

Yes, I highly recomend these mirrors. They were one of the first things I got for my car and they work very well. I have absolutly no blind spots at all.

Definitely my next purchase. $80ish is what I'm seeing on a price. Where did you get yours?

So, finally getting some resolve on my car today! Yay!

Things I'm getting replaced:

Transmission- 5th gear would grind every time.

Dash board (the rubber padding)- Lifting above the center A/C Vent.

New tail light housing- Filled with water and while the water was in there it took off some chrome.

Ive been trying to get the dash board and the tail fixed for some time and after filing a formal complaint with SoA, Its getting resolved. If you guys ever get denied for any defects, please request the regional rep! It means one (or two for me) more trip(s) to the dealer, but worth it in the end!

Also, does anyone have a lift? I might need to replace my clutch here soon...

*** OFT NEWS ***

Hey guys. So I've been working with Alex at Vishnu. I was basically inquiring as to what it would take to become a vendor. After speaking with them, and being honest that I wanted one myself and wouldn't push hard as a vendor, I was advised to wait for this:

http://www.openflashtablet.com/produ...ale/index.html

To ship to us here in AZ, your total would be $418 and is a buy direct from vishnu. All OFT bucks are given to buyer and I have nothing to do with it shy of passing on the information.
