Big advocate.

Damn.. The salesman sucked you in good!

Congrats man! Don't forget that it's a heavy, powerful, RWD muscle car! Be wary of traction!

And have fun! Responsible fun, that is...

I do love the FR-S, but I just couldn't resist it for the marginal increase in price for the RT Max.

That is different. A Charger isn't even remotely on my radar for cars I'd consider. The new ones do look pretty cool, though. Enjoy the power!

Nice car! A few weeks back I went down to a Dodge dealer just looking arounda and they had a dark gray model of the RT Max with black faux CF striping. Great looking car. I choose not to drive it because it was out of the price range I wanted to spend. Sounds like that was a good choice on my part!

Thank you all for your kind comments and thoughts! Spent the last day driving it. Still love hitting the gas while already on the freeway and hearing the V8 roar and passing a bunch of people Very fun to do. I've also been playing with stuff like the heated/ cooled cupholders (who woulda thought??) and what I call the butt cooler It blows air through the seats.

Heated and cooled cup holders? Man, that's one of those great ideas that's probably so simple it's embarrassing nobody else has thought of it by now! Okay, score one for Dodge...

Hey, I read your comment and smiled, now I have to post this commercial because I do believe this was shot in Seattle. But anyway, you'll be happy to know I live out in the suburbs, nowhere near the city! Anyway this is an exact replica of mine, black RT Max. Cheers!!

Congrats on the purchase! I am also a fairly new owner of a V8 sedan (not a Charger but similar), and I too enjoyed these moments upon purchasing the car.

Sadly for me, the novelty wore off after about 3 weeks. While "American V8" was on my list of things to try, it has not made it on my list of things to keep. Different strokes for different folks. Enjoy yours in good health and report back on your feelings on V8 ownership as you rack up miles on the car.
