nickmerronesucks BRZ Updates on last page..

SCROLL DOWN TO SEE UPDATES
sorry for dead pictures in Original Post.

welp hey guys im nick, been creeping on the forums a while. gonna start my build thread up...Here some of my old cars that i've built(threw away the life of building and trading cars so i could put a down payment on a brz)

And now i am sad because i miss all of those cars..

So i sold the red hatch for 10k, Was financing an RSX as a daily to build credit, I traded the rsx in and put the 10k down on this beauty..Sold my toolbox since i was no longer doing heavy amounts of work in my storage unit, And bought some Megan track coilovers and some other little goodies for it, (invidia catback and front pipe, some wheels... etc)

boom, coils on, looked good, drove alot better in my opinion.

at the time i could only find(in stock) 17x9 Rpf1s in 5x114. so i figured id just run adapters(ISC) so that way i can run cool drfit spares because all cool wheels are 5x114.3

then i went lower, still havent put my PBM LCAS on yet, it needs to go lower in the back or get 18s for the rear but im hoping once i get my lcas on the rear should drop a bit more.

engine bay, i had a injen intake but removed it for the Cusco elbow, the injen is for sale btw.

Current ugly mode 17x9.5 +34 245/40 for winter, rpf1s are gone. Awaiting new temporary wheels until income tax time. I gave those CR KAI Kiwamini replicas a try. 17x9 +35. going to run those until im sure what wheel i want to go with...alls i know is i wanted to go back to 5x100 really badly. im still running the cut studs, so not sure if i should go with oem studs or extended studs and slip on spacers..

Really dig the hatch with type x aero. I've always crushed hard over 180s.

I'm willing to bet this build is going to be pretty cool.

If you want some 18" TEs or Todoroki fenders, lemme know lol!

new wheels on. liking the look of them, Really need to lower my rear and some spacers and i think i might have a keeper set of wheels quite honestly for now...really need to see some other cars with 17s so i can be sure i can pull it off. huge front lip will be ditched soon for the splitter and winglets so should allow me to drop the front a little too.

Check out mine. Just got the same wheels in bronze. 17s are a bit small but with a smaller sidewall and low tide height, they look pretty good. Also helps get rid of a lot of the axle angle.

I'm going to lower mine another 10-15mm

Next debate on purchase is a bucket or a header.. looking at tomei UEL.

I love 18s for this car but you just run into so many problems; especially up front when you're trying to increase steering angle.

17s just flat out work better for this car.

been thinking about buying a pair of 18s for the rear but ill see how it looks when i lower the rear first.. how do you like your header? More responsive easier to drive etc? Torque dip is kind of not as noticable with the OFT i have. but looking to get rid of it as much as i can.
