USB charger + light from ThinkGeek. It fit perfectly so I figured I'd leave it in. It has an on/off switch too, which is great compared to other ones I've seen that just drain the battery if they're left in.

First off, WELCOME BACK FROM BANNED CAMP!!!

2nd, and forgive my ignoracnce, I thought the benefit of oil coolers was moot when not running FI. Having no indication you are FI, is it true, then, this would be best used in a track environment where you are running harder pulls more frequently vs a street situation where "Standard driving conditions" apply?

the name 'oil cooler' implies cooling the oil, yes, but perhaps "oil temperature regulator" is a more fitting name because of the benefit of bringing oil temps up to speed significantly faster, which is real important, especially if the car experiences a lot of short (<20 min) trips

Am real excited for upcoming track days here in rainy WA!

Temps do tend to rise in stop-and-go traffic, though, and this little guy keeps both coolant and oil closer together. I like that once I do go FI when the powertrain warranty drops, it will be there and ready to play. Can always upgrade it

what do you think of it? I love single exits on this car, and this is one of few options. I've always had my eye on the ft86 piece, also togue factory, and ive considered a track pipe. I have a nameless muffled track pipe coming but I fear it will be too loud and droney.

I love it- manageable at less than 3k rpms/lower loads, opens up nicely at higher RPMS and WOT. Looks real beast too! Love the canister and double walled tip. Got mine for a steal. Will see how it holds up on the 100 mile commute tomorrow

15k service, at Expressway in Dorchester MA, service guy said that the car's oil is different? And that it is not due for another 4k, but the sticker says 15k....?

Your thoughts?

Exact number on sticker is15820, last service was 10820

When in doubt just do it. Can never go wrong with getting it done early and having fresh oil.
