I signed up for that "the100" site before it launched but never got around to trying it.

Will definitely be checking that out, although I've been pretty successful using destinyLFG.com in the past

I'm probably the only one okay with old legendaries becoming obsolete, but that's likely because Diablo has done that to me, so I've already been through it. Although I think that VoG should have a l32 mode that drops appropriate loot, but I won't hold my breath for that one.

Meanwhile, I just find a new one I like.

One very interesting aspect I find about this game is the damage balancing in PvP. Because of this, your guns never truly become obsolete. Sure in PvE they may slowly become less effective in terms of damage, but they are still just as deadly in Crucible as they were prior to the DLC release. This also saves me from having to update some of my exotics seeing as I use them strictly for PvP.

That's a great point and I didn't even think about that. Of course, I hardly play Crucible so I guess it's kind of a moot point for me. It will make me reconsider before dismantling anymore weapons though. The only 3 "old" legendaries I kept were my 2 handcannons and a shotgun.

Sadly this has been my biggest roadblock. Nothing "works" for me as well as my The Devil You Know. That gun has a magic combination of perks or something, I even prefer it over Fatebringer.

I think it's the Zen Moment stability perk.

Holy shit Xur has Icebreaker.

Everyone needs this gun. Doesn't matter if you have other snipers, buy it.

Best gun in the game hands down.

YES!!! I've been wanting this gun since day 1. You just made my day.

Too bad we can't buy stuff from Xur using the APP.

With Icebreaker you'll only need 1 or 2 green ammo synths for emergencies. When you switch to another special weapon from a fully charged Icebreaker it gives you half the max ammo capacity of the new gun. I haven't bought green ammo synth since I got mine.

Hey guys if anyone wants to play ps4 I'm down to play. Would be cool to play with a fellow ft86 owner. Usually play destiny, last of us, or battlefield 4. Usually me and a good friend that's always on. Feel free to add just throw in ft86 in the request so i know.

Have you tried my advice and gotten a Saterienne Rapier from the crucible vendor? I was a huge TDYK fan too. I still have mine. Worst case scenario, you don't like the gun much and still end up with an awesome firefly weapon for Hive levels.

I'm guessing he's going to say no since he's not a big Crucible guy. I only have 37 Crucible marks myself and in order to get the 150 to buy a weapon, that means a lot of Crucible. Probably why I have 2 Crucible commendations sitting in my Vault collecting dust.

I would buy that gun...if I wasn't rank 0 in the Crucible.

Luckily I have a 331dmg Thorn.
