Master cylinder brace

INCREASED BRAKE PEDAL FEEL

Well, do you think you need to improve your brake pedal feel? If you're only DDing your car with no plans of autocross or track days I don't think you'll benefit from it, or even notice its effects.

I don't see the point in getting this versus just a K&N drop-in filter. You can plug up the sound generator by using a plastic plug or 12V outlet cover and the K&N runs about ~$50. The OEM intake was designed pretty well from the get-go.

As the other person said, it's a cleaner fix. Plugging a hole just sounds like a sloppy bandaid repair. It's probably entirely mental, I'm sure one is as good as the other, but I just don't like the idea of fixing a problem with my new car by stuffing a plug in a hole.

I ended up taking your advice. I put the K&N drop in filter in today, which I actually already had and was going to return, and picked up a plastic plug from Lowes. I read you need 7/8", but closest they had was 1". It seems to do the trick, it was a little snug but it fit.

Also ordered the plastics and OFT.

Ended up with
-Full set interior black plastics
-Arm rest
-K&N Drop in
-DIY soundtube delete
-OFT

Came out to about $735, so right about on budget and pretty decent bang for buck I think
