I'm down for Stage 1 Lithium, though I think @Diode Dynamics has taken over the list. They said they'd go by this thread first or something along those lines.

People still aren't reading the thread, but I guess it's pretty long. You don't need to specify a particular stage or style. There will be one module with switches for all the different settings you could want:
