Make sure to take the time, maybe 3 seconds more, to check that tapturn is seated firmly with the plugin connector. Three things should click: the two side clips, and the plug latch... Must all have made their positive snapped in place sounds to hold the electrical connection together. Especially if you are not reclipping the flasher to the car and let it dangle... Dont want it wiggling free and having intermittent issues.

Been wanting one of these things FOREVERRRR, and now I finally have a car that it will work with! I'm going to hold out, though, and get LED bulbs first :P

Problem will be hyperblinking with LEDs in first. So have your TapTurn on hand to quickly solve that!

No, we didn't do a special.

Did anybody notice that Black Friday / Cyber Monday seemed to be less of a big deal this year than it has been in the last couple? Or maybe that's just a Canadian perspective.

Agreed. Not sure why, but it wasn't nearly as much mayhem. Maybe last year it just went too far?

Serious thread-jacking, but my opinion, retailers killed the goose that laid the golden egg by starting earlier in the week and extending later into the season. Those are not necessarily the best deal days any longer, or at least not significant enough to put up with the hassle.

Personally, I was dreading this past Black Friday. We needed to get a new family portrait made, and the only day everyone was going to be in town was Friday morning. We had a Groupon for a place in "the mall" at 9:00am so I was expecting it would be awful. I've seen it take as much as 45 minutes to get into the Mall from the interstate on a big shopping day.

We drove there, and drove right in. The parking lot was maybe 30% of capacity at 8:30am. When we left at Noonish, it might have been at 40 to 50% of capacity.

I ordered a TapTurn relay so can I expect to have it shipped to me within 6 days?!

I'll be installing it with my TOM's taillights...

14 day shipping look at your paypal receipt. Mine too a little less but almost 2 weeks. Just got it, very excited

update: install is super easy when removing the plate (two 10mm bolts) just below. Loving these turn signals guys!

I had it ship within 6 days and that's what I selected.. but which plate are you talking about, however?

Do you have a picture by any chance if you don't mind posting it here?

you'll see it surely, it's right below the steering wheel and will be directly in your way. My second time taking off the flasher relay so far (first time being when I installed my Tom's).

I didn't take the plate off the first time and struggled forever. Was out and new flasher put in within 1 minute when I unbolted the plate

FYI:

I'm not sure that its been mentioned, but the LED relay that comes with the Buddy Club tail lights has this feature built into it.
