Thanks for catching the typo.

Let me know how this works out. My tires still have plenty of life, but I'm making it my life mission to destroy them before 35k.

Well, my battery went kaput after just over 2.5 years and 61k miles. Time to weight replacement options with lightweights. lol

Here's some evidence of why you might pay more for your insurance premiums in the near future. Location 209/Modesto, driver (thankfully they are ok) ~17yo, and only about 2 months since new off the lot...

Anybody up for some CV axles?

Oh yeah, I understand that the engine fell out of the car from the impact with the iron gates/fence.

I probably would have done the same thing if I had a FRS when I was 17. Luckily I was driving around in a $700 Talon Tsi back then.

I miss my '91 Mitsu Eclipse GS too. First car, first manual, first taste of some of East Bay's twisty roads. Goodyear Eagles on Eibachs and Tokicos were good enuf then.

My brother had owned a GS-Turbo and modded it like nuts to go in a straight line. After a season or two, Sacramento raceway took its toll on it and stopped affording its maintenance. He still hasn't learned to be a fast driver he needs to take twisty roads haha. Even with his behemoth 135 now lol

Good car. Got me more serious about rallycross (besides the odd VW & civic, I was usually the odd car out in the sea of Subies. The fact that I was usually the only red car there didn't help either lol). Funny enough, it was my gateway drug to AWD, which led to my 05 WRX wagon.
