torque specs

I keep trying to download the shop book but I can't seem to get it to work. I need all the torque specs for the front and rear suspension and brakes. I pulled all of the arms to replace with aftermarket units or poly bushings. Also did the brake lines and pads. It's all back together, I just need to torque it all down but can't find the specs anywhere. Any help would be awesome. If someone can post the diagrams in this thread maybe we can sticky it?

Whilst cycling to work I pm'ed a friend (I guess I was face-booking) tweeting that I tried twerking to no avail.

My mind can never unread that ugliness..... If you need me I'll be trending. Then I'll be blogging about something important. Two more verbs I can't believe I have in my vocabulary.

Well, you better have them in your vocabulary because they're most certainly in the vernacular.

Back on topic: Captain tried to send me a link to download the shop book. It didn't work for me. I think I have a hardware problem. In any event, if someone could paste the pictures with torque specs into the thread it would be most appreciated.
