I was thinking about headers too
![]() At the same time, I don't want to deal with removing/reinstalling for stock (and then back on) when it comes time to smog... why does California have such crappy laws?

Not sure yet. I was looking at the OFT+OFH combo but I'm still exploring what's out there. Probably not going to happen for a few months :P

Header isn't too difficult to do on this car. Don't need smog till 2019 anyways.

Anyone have any luck replacing their stock Michelin tires under warranty? I'm sitting at about 4/32nds and only have 25k miles on them. They should have a 35k tread-wear warranty. Gonna try my luck over the weekend. Want to try and get a set of Pilot Super Sports.

OK, this so 4-5 years ago I used to Yelp a lot. Just got this message today from a review I wrote over 5 years ago where i rated the place 4 out of 5
Original Review Dec 2009 This place is great. They worked with me every step of the way as I was paying for repairs out of pocket. They let me supply parts myself that I could get cheaper and they stored them there for me while they were doing everything else. In the end I saved some money and they gave me a small discount on labor. The only reason I give them four stars is that they did not replace the wheel bearing. Then it took about an extra month to get it diagnosed (and when it did it took the guy half a block to tell me what it was.) They kept trying to push it was the alignment, but I think they should have known better now that I have read up on wheel bearing failure. It was pretty likely that it was bad, and they should have spotted it during their test drive. Lead to a pretty big headache. But since they're friendly and have done work on my family's car for years I won't hold it against them too much. One of the reputable repair shops in town. They are worth the money. Message from owner Jan 2015 Quan P: There go any future discount you are going to get. Really Bearings? You can't figure it out yourself? If I went out of my way to save you money and work with you and allowed you to provide parts while only charging you for labor, remember there is mark up for parts and is also a profit center for any shop and for that you knock off a star, 20% off of an otherwise stellar performance because your wheel bearing is an issue? I certainly hope you paid for the replacement of the said wheel bearing replacement. You are just one of those "takers". Dude, walk in my shop and you will pay full price or walk right out. Am I crazy to think this is out of line, especially 5 years later? I never asked for the insurance labor rate ($95/hr I think). I did ask about getting a part myself. I didn't have them replace a strut and just went with coils that I bought and installed on my own. The only part I brought in was an OEM BBS wheel. It took me over a month to get a damaged wheel bearing diagnosed taking the car to different places (2 alignment shops and then finally a transmission shop) and then another 2-3 weeks to get it replaced. To me helping me out a bit doesn't change the fact that the job I paid for wasn't complete, or am I wrong?
