30mm over fenders, so no rub, square setup because s chassis all under steer unless you power over, plus it allows more brake force and I can rotate tires for better tread usage

So scary to drive in the rain too, especially in the desert, when the rain washes up all the oil that has collected on the asphalt during dry spells. Wouldn't even think about trying it on the snow either lol...

Why do you think that is? The smoothness of the engine? The chassis balance? The suspension settings? The tires?

My current and first bike is a CBR 600 F2. Got it used from a co-worker. It scares the hell out of me to ride it but it is very awesome.

At least this was my experience.

Everyone has to learn one way or another. I wish I just had the mindset of "F**K them** and I would have been more relaxed.

Give yourself a break. You've got a way better car than those people and it's your first.

Many of us feel nervous leaving the parking lot in a new car period. We are so afraid for something to happen to it we drive like a grandma for a week or two.
Yeah that's a really good point. I might drag my Dad along with me anyway for moral support since this'll be my first time actually buying a car. And yes, I'll be driving like a grandma for a while...

When I ordered my FR-S from the dealer they let me drive a manual tC as a bit of MT practice. I stalled it a couple times but it was fun haha. Hard to gauge how upset they were about that since I had pretty much just bought a car from them.

Rev it to 5 grand and dump the clutch... no stall. It'll look pro, and you'll only have to replace a clutch a year or two early.

I had an 85 BMW 318 and I hope the BRZ will let me re-claim the fun I had in that car.

Right on! I was 21 when I had my RX-7 Turbo II, and I remember driving that thing like I was fearless! I just got into Initial D and thought I could drive like Ryosuke Takahashi in his FC3S. Well, truth is I couldn't. But I never got into any scary situations or accidents, so I was OK. Hard to believe that was 5 years ago. I'm chicken$#!t to drive like that on public roads now, which is definitely a good thing. Let's keep it on the track!

first RWD car! i think i can count on one hand the number of times i have driven something that was RWD.

should be a good time once winter rolls back around in northeast ohio. i figure with a good set of snow tires and all the electronic gizmos it should be fine...that is until the snow is too high and the front bumper becomes a plow.

I've been driving AWD for 4 years and haven't had a RWD car for almost 10 years. I think I've got a 10% chance of putting it into a telephone pole just from ingrained laziness tbh....
