Primary goal for me is to outrun a stock Honda S2000 with bolt-ons and a tune, all NA. The dream would be to make a 9k redline motor, NA. Just something about that NA delivery that's way more natural to me than FI. Having owned several turbo Subies, I've enjoyed my NA ones the most. Turbo kit is definitely cheaper, but ultimately it's less inspiring.

Hey Jive, when you used the shadow chrome on the blinker area of the lights did you spray on the clear coat that came with the shadow chrome kit after? Or just the base paint?
Gonna bake and paint my head lights tomorrow following your steps, any tips? |

my tips, take your time. let each coat dry and go light. the shadow if sprayed too much will run and look weird on the honeycomb blinker reflector. won't be even. don't rush it, let all the paint dry, wear gloves so you don't end up leaving fingerprints anywhere (ask me who i know) good luck, get some beers Quote:
googled it...CERTAIN that i would never say i want that ugly thing right now i'm torn in the direction i want..full STI kit and fix the shaved damage OR. Aimgain front bumper, keep everything else the same. however the price of the aimgain is ridiculous, and i saw a few locals do it already so the novelty of it has warn off to me. |

Full STi is the way-especially for this car.
Aimgain is so meh to me personally but I don't think it would flow as well on this car.

Subarugenuineparts.com has the cheapest OEM STI lip kit I've seen, shipped. Would love to get the OEM kit because this Bayson R one is abused and rattling.
