I think Cali pissed off SOA, when I called today (im #1 at a dealer with 17 allotted) the lady said to try and call back in 3-4 weeks, I asked if she was kidding, she was baffled, and I told her people online are tracking who is getting Vin's and ETA's and she acted like it was all bad info...Jesus Christo, why don't they want anybody in Cali to have BRz's???

Is there a separate arm of Subaru that handles California???

Last time, in Tacoma, it took 5 days from port arrival to people getting their vins. Ship docked 5/8 around 8pm, but left sometime in the afternoon on 5/9. So 5 days from 5/9 is Monday 5/14. Friday is being really optimistic, Monday is being more realistic. I am not accounting for processing speed variation port to port. So with 99% confidence, some CA people should be getting a vin at the extreme latest of Wednesday 5/16

Tacoma isn't a Subaru port, though. And no BRZs were spotted in Tacoma at all. Most likely, they are coming from the Victoria, WA port, since that is an established Subaru port. The whole Tacoma thing has no proof.

My BRZ has passed through the port of entry and is now on the train, and on "track" for a 5/29 delivery.

I'm fighting the urge to start calling SOA every day and checking my VON. I just can't accept that I might not get my car until like October or November. :P

I called this morning and my status has changed from "waitlist" to "scheduled"...I guess that's a good thing???

Anyone else have/had this as a status listing?

I had a scheduled date of 5/11, which is the estimated port arrival date. I called to check my status yesterday since it was the 11th, and found out my BRZ had passed through the port and was on the train.

I would assume your BRZ is on a ship.
