FS: Nameless Overpipe/Frontpipe

SOLD!!!

Pipe was dented by the previous owner to clear the head. It would have fit my car fine without it, but whatever. Otherwise it fit well, and no rattles from touching anything. Catted and resonated (obviously). Unfortunately something with my setup sounded awful with this pipe installed so I ordered JDL's overpipe and quiet frontpipe in hopes that it won't make the same raspy noise.

$350 picked up
in SE PA or $375 shipped

JDL UEL header and stock catback. Stock catback was likely the issue. I'm trying to avoid changing it for something that's louder unless I absolutely have to.

just too much flow for the muffler or what? my plan is this with OE midpipe, header, and nameless 5" muffler single outlet.

Oh well. I'm hoping the JDL pipes don't have the same rasp.

From what I've read online, yeah too much flow and extra noise for the stock muffler to handle nicely. I have no idea though, I've never seen inside a stock muffler

It's actually from the old can style resonator in the nameless pipe. There are several reported cases and videos of it. They have since updated their resonator to a ball style. You should not have the issue with the JDL stuff.
