@MyRx @PMok Laguna Seca allows rental of all 20 garage bays for $1000 (entire day). Normally the rate is $250 per bay per day.

Since it will most likely rain, do we want in on this? I'm asking on availability at this time.

Interested, but depends on price... don't know how realistic it will be to get this cheaply.

Well, it's done.

I just rented all 20 bays for $1k.

Depending on final count of bay(s), it will be around $50 - $100 per person.

Please forward me inquiries for garage bays. First come first serve, 13 left at this point out of 20.

Wow, nice work. Will a bay only accomodate 1 car, or can you put 2 in one?

Each bay is 16x32' and theoretically can do up to 2 cars.

However, since I paid and it's not fair if we have 12 bays occupied and someone splits, I will not allow splitting of garage space until all 20 are occupied.

Cost is based on total number of commitments.

You can add a comment by right clicking on any cell, to add your info.

I am allowing only myself with edit permissions so no one sneaks in a name over someone else.
