What I'm gathering (also some info on this was in DeeJ's update) is that the v2.0 exotic will start at 300 (or 301, 302, etc) damage. From there, you'll need to unlock the perks again, increasing damage along the way. So it's kind of a prestige upgrade with a higher starting damage, but apparently the perks and damage upgrades come much faster now with reduced experience requirements.

If this is truly the case, I'm perfectly OK with it. The Xur element is kind of dumb, but we'll see how it goes.

Just read the update myself. Deej basically said they heard us, but can't do anything about it right now.

They're doing another Iron Banner December 16th with 31 light gear. That's odd.

I wonder if the Normal mode Crota's End will only give 31 light gear and the Hard Mode (in January) will give 32 light gear.

Then another Iron Banner in mid Jan with 32 light gear?

So great news for this week is that my girlfriend has to study for finals all weekend so it seems like I might be able to get a lot of play time in this weekend! I'd be down to do the raid on Saturday and I know i'll be doing the Hard mode raid on monday with 2 of my destiny buddies so I believe we'll have three slots open if anyone wants to join up with us, just shoot me a message on here or on xbox.

At first the new weekly updated felt like a swift kick in the nuts and I was super salty about it but as the week has progressed I have become more accepting of it. I don't like judge a book by its cover so I'm just waiting until the new content drops on Dec9th to see how it goes and then maybe I'll post up my thoughts lol. One of the things that gives me much excite is that Xur is selling heavy ammo Synth's this week, so stock up on them for the upcoming raid (1 strange coin = 5 heavy ammo synth's)! So for now I'm just going to keep playing the game how I like to play it, sticking people with nades in the crucible, pushing the purple ball of darkness off the tower, sparrowing tricking, etc.

Nice hit me up on Monday for sure, I haven't done either raid this week and I'd like to see the benefit of being level 30 at least once before the new levels come out.

Hey Driver, is there a way to create a group chat for the clan like ROR had? Would be useful for organizing ourselves.

I tried but I couldn't figure it out, maybe you have to be the clan leader?

I just looked around on the APP and couldn't figure out how to start a group chat. Maybe @skuts? only has that privilige since he is the clan founder? He might be able to answer it better than me. I'll check it out on my laptop when I get home too. I know there are more "features" when on a computer than on the mobile APP.

Sorry I wasn't on much this weekend. Got caught up with Christmas and family stuff. Looking forward to any reviews on the DLC once it drops tomorrow from some of you guys who have already purchased it.

Sorry about that guys I was kind of a derp and realized that the group wall/chat is disabled by default I just enabled it so everyone in the group/clan can now post on the wall/start a private message like RoR.
Also @53DriverI hooked you up with some admin rights so you should be able to moderate almost everything on the group/clan page.

Looking forward to doing the new raid tomorrow and trying out this new DLC!

No worries! Thanks for getting the group page up so we can start using that now to try and coordinate activities. I'll probably swing by the store tomorrow on lunch break and pick up the DLC. Looking forward to some new stuff. Anyone thinking of running some more Iron Banner when it opens back up?
