Which is odd. My cars are 0% rice, but I'm a sucker for those F&F movies so that's probably what got me. Yes I know they're terrible movies, but I enjoy them for fun.

ICE = In Car Entertainment, aka a couple of sloppy 15's and a PS2 hooked up to a fold out monitor so you can play Gran Turismo 2.
The second you buy a Japanese made car or make one single appearance mode that does not impact performance you forfeit your 0% status!

Cheap harmless entertainment. I like how @Tcoat figured out how to get to 0.

It's like golf. Low score wins.

Although I did help put a bunch of decals on our Formula SAE car back in the day. Of course they were actual sponsors, so...

The questions are actually weighted and not a straight percentage for each one. You can drop dramatically in % just by saying you are a girl.
The F&F car questions hold almost no weight at all and only change the result by about 2% no matter what you pick.

I have a nice Toshiba box here that I can use. It came from Japan so should be a straight bolt on for my car. Will help maintain my rice percentage as well.
