Just got an email from my dealership,

"Tomzilla, the status of your order is listed as "Wait List." Production of the first units will be a little delayed, this is due to the launch of the new BRZ platform."

WAAAAAIT LIIIIST?! Not real sure what that even means, and I don't think the dealer does either.

I'm from Dowingtown, PA-- dealership is Robert's Automall.

Relax, all of our cars have been waitlisted since March. This just means the car is still waiting to be produced or shipped or get a vin.

Or just hasn't come through the port for your region yet. I'm guessing that Subaru is trying to do a simultaneous rollout on May 29th being that a lot of those May 15th ETA cars are having their dates pushed back to the 29th.

I'd just be happy to know a date at this point... Even if it is 1 Nov I'd be happy!

This. I'd like to know if I'm going to be out a car til November since I'm selling my WRX at the end of the month.

Exactly... I haven't sold my current car yet but I'd like to know if it should be on the market or if I should expect to hold on to it etc! Then again the last second notice may be a ploy in order to make me trade in so Subie can get some used cars out of this...
