is it possible to make a full leather shifting area (sorry, don't know the lingo) for automatic cars to look like the manual?
I like how Toyota already did it partially but it only covers 65% of it. So from this: ![]() to this:

is there a plug n play led light bulbs or color change lighting cuz the oem orange hvac lights and the clock are so ugly doesn't even match the red lighting accents from the other switches/toggles or the white led display of the tachometer. I saw on youtube that you have to desolder the led lights off the circuit board thats iffy for me incase I messed that up. I rather a plug n play option.

Individual map lights for each front passenger instead of the single dome light. I'm sure I can make something based on some of the LED conversions I've seen, but adding the extra buttons while keeping it stock-looking is beyond my skills.

Sorry to bring this back from the dead, but have any of the ideas in this thread come to life? I think there are a lot of great ideas here (I'm partial to the climate control solution for the base FR-S and BRZ)

I still want an antenna with a built in third brake light or maybe a subtle roof spoiler with the brake lights. Anything good looking that'll move that light out of view of my rear view mirror.

I don't know what kind of demand there would be for this, but I would love to see speaker pods that fit where the dashboard speaker grills are that fit factory size speakers and aim them properly (not off the glass) without looking like crap. Might be impossible to do with the midrange.
