Want a set of SBC coated Enkei's in 17x9?

Enkei RPF1's: at 15.9 lbs per 17x9 +35, they are some of the lightest wheels available for this car, improving steering feel, acceleration, and handling. Typically when you see them, they come in the standard array of colors: black, silver, maybe gold.

However, Enkei does have a special color only available for a select few wheels. It's called SBC, or Special Brilliant Coating. It's very similar to Work's own WMB (Work Metal Buff) color available on their most expensive wheels. Thus, SBC coating is exceptionally rare to find, and often draws a lot of attention when it is spotted.

Now, for our cars SBC coating only comes on Enkei RPF1's with 18x9.5 +38. The wheel size is too big for most of us.

Thus, I talked with Dezod motorsports. They are a Enkei dealer. They told me they could produce 17x9 +35 Enkei RPF1's in SBC coating for $369 a wheel, or $1476 for a set. They would need to have deposits for ten sets.

Interested? PM me and I'll add you to the list. Once we get 10 serious buyers, we'll contact Dezod and have them made for us!

How is 18 x 9.5 too big for most of the owners? Do you mean in terms of performance for auto x/tracking?

Yup. From talking with various people who track their car, 17x9 +35 seems to be the preferred size. Especially for NA cars

Umm, there are lots of sets of 17x9 +35 SBC 5x100 floating around. They do have to be ordered in sets of 10, but there has been a number of orders put through.

Easy to find, and if you look under the winking smiley face of the post above yours......you will find them too

We did a group buy at one point for around 12 sets of RPF1s SBC approximately 1 year ago. It took about 3 months before we had sufficient interest and another 4 months until Enkei delivered the wheels to us. The last set of RPF1s were sold several months ago. There is someone looking to trade his SBC RPF1s with something else. I'll go look for that post.

^^ And, they're a fair amount cheaper than the price in the original post.

Nice wheels, I had a set stolen last year and couldn't find any to replace them so I ended up with the Wedsport TC105N.
