Who has placed an order for the BRZ in DFW?

Just curious to see who has placed an order for a BRZ here in the Dallas metroplex. Feel free to post premium or limited, transmission, color etc. and any other information that may to helpful.

Dealers include:
Subaru of Plano, Plano
Sewell Subaru, Dallas
Brandon Tomes Subaru, McKinney
Randall Noe Subaru, Terrell
Huffines Subaru Denton, Denton
Bob Moor Subaru, Arlington

I did at Sewell for a SWP Limited Manual. 7th in Line

Elleteeh, also placed one for a black limited manual, 3rd in line I believe

Limited SWP at Sewell, as well. I'm not even gonna say what spot I am in line because I really don't know anymore. They would only ever tell me "top 3," which I just interpreted as #3. Two or three people on here have stated they're first on the list as well, further confusing the line, so I'm just letting mine arrive when it does, haha.

You're third in line. I'm actually 4th in line with the order date of march 9 for the black 6mt limited. I'm kinda glad it looks like my order seems to be the dealerships only black order and everyone else had wrb or Swp. Have any of you heard anyone in Dallas with an eta yet?

Nope. All non refundable. Or at least with me and igorot. Did you order one at Sewell also?

I actually had to sell my car first which I did two weeks ago. I recently had several talks to Brandon Tomes Subaru...but seemed kind of iffy...he said they were getting 5 cars, they weren't taking deposits but wanted $2000 of someones earnest money? It didn't make sense to me and $2000 seem steeped so I just stop talking to him lol. Then Randall Noe finally got back to me and said they just found out they were getting 1 BRZ(I think they weren't going to get one at all) and so I'm going there today to put in a deposit there. Other than that Subaru of Plano has 1 left out of 17 spots which who knows how long it'll take to get that car and the rest of DFW pre-orders are taken.

Congrats man. I was going to go through Subaru of Plano but they were throwing their add ons and I took my business to Sewell. So I guess does that mean you will get your brz this month if Randall noe is only getting one? Seriously need these cars to come in now rather than later. I gave my car to the sis. I'm growing impatient haha.

Yeah Subaru of Plano told me there would be another $799 for something I forgot what it was but definitely not interested. Hopefully everything goes well at Randall Noe...they told me I'd get my BRZ within 7 months I guess since they're so late in the order? But that's around the time I was planning on purchasing a new car anyway but I just needed to hold a spot or else I'd probably never get one lol. Did you get any word on when your car may be arriving? Glad to see some Dallas people on here I'll give you guys the details when I get back later on in the afternoon but let's keep eachother updated on this thread.

Also Elleteeh did you get the VON with final pricing and whatever? Just want to know what to expect when I go up there in case I'm getting shafted

Sweet, thanks for the confirmation. Here's at least hoping they don't get one a month...

I also picked Sewell over Plano, even though I purchased my Legacy through them. Never had any issues with the guys there, but the non-refundable deposit at the time the price was unknown really bothered me. Then, later on down the line when the WRB showed up I was informed of the MSRP + paint protection/tint package, which made it worse.

Oh, and no ETA for me as of yesterday. Called SoA again just because.

I spoke to SoA last week and the guy just told me that they still show wait list and then I called sewell to see if they had any updates on order #1. The guy that both igorot and I dealt with left Sewell so now we are kinda just waiting to see when the first one gets called in. But just after digging through the brz order threads, I think that the first preorder said he worked there. Maybe he can see this and update us if he has any internal info to give. But yeah to answer your question, if you're ordering a limited just expect it to come around under 30.5k without any add ons . The new guy handling my order said expect an August/September delivery. So it really looks like one car per month is whats gonna happen.

Gotcha. I just went and got my order in at Randall Noe...they're getting only one...super stoked I'll let you guys know when I get my eta. Got a swp premium 6 speed btw no limited for me

Out of curiosity (and maybe being a little lazy), do you know if all the other dealerships in the metroplex have pre-sold out? A friend of mine is starting to want one now because I won't shut up about it.

Deposit is non-refundable, I believe I was the first person to have an order submitted to SoA's system there (showed up at 9:30AM on March 1st)
