I bet this old white man watches the news a lot. Watch enough videos like the one below and it's easy to succumb to fear.

in this case 2nd degree murder would fit the crime, the old man fired the gun knowing he could've killed, but did not sit there in wait planning to kill..

"In America first-degree murder involves premeditated killing, such as lying in wait for someone with a gun. Second-degree murder usually involves killing on the spur of the moment, or where the offender intends to inflict serious harm but realizes it may cause death."

"By contrast, a killing is considered to be manslaughter in cases where the defendant did not mean to kill but was grossly negligent or caused someone's death while carrying out an illegal act."

Is it just that part of the country??

I live in Maine, if you stopped and turned around in my driveway and I was outside or near the door...I would walk out and ask if you needed help finding your way. How are some people so evil.
Seriously. I've done that for people parked in front of my house. Shooting them would have never even entered my mind.

Now that we're profiling, how utterly Canadian. Can you see why we Southern North Americans are so wary of you guys? Anybody that friendly can't be trusted.

Well now if you pulled in ....
Actually be ecstatic if another Lava pulled in I have never even seen another in the wild! There would be beer and poutine for everybody.

Oh, and you would be Central North Americans as I am pretty sure Mexico would claim the Southern title.

The Portland Or version would be espresso or micro-brew. Because Portland. Oh and maybe weed let you take the miniature goat for a walk.

Greatest typo ever! Just add a period after weed and capitalize let and we have a whole new meaning to the sentence! Actually that is how I read it first time through.
