All my other cars were hatchbacks and I always felt naked leaving valuables in them. My trunk and I are still in the honeymoon phase. |

![]() It can be noisy, especially on bridges or older concrete, but nothing that made me want to plug my ears. Wind noise doesn't seem to be any worse than other cars I have owned. Long side story: In my previous car (1st gen tC), there was a rubber faring that filled the gap between the windshield and the first section of the roof (Which was all glass, for those of you who remember, and was part of the moonroof assembly). The first time I went through an automatic car wash (yes, I know big mistake, but I have learned since then), I got on the freeway and was greeted by a noise that can only be described as a portal to hell opening and Cerberus itself howling through. Panicking, I pulled over and immediately checked the wheels, under the car, and seeing nothing amiss I got back in the car and drove home, howling all the way on the freeway. On the way home I noticed that the sound was more intense when I was driving into the wind, and not coming from under the car, but above my head. I pull into my driveway, look at the roof, and the faring was actually sticking out a good 2-3" from the roofline, and the wind moving through that gap had produced the howling noise. Turns out that the air dryer at the end of the car wash had actually blown that up (actually happened another time when I was driving into a 40 mph headwind on the highway as well). Suffice it to say, the FR-S has never come close to approaching this level of noise. |

That one's easy! First I pick Edith, then if I want it, I go buy the birthday cake. So, in the end you can have your cake and Edith too, as long as you do it in the right order.

This has worked pretty well for me:
They sell them at Bed, Bath and Beyond and some of the big box stores. |

I pop the trunk, lay on my back and slide in. Really easy to do once you're in there. I use a clean damp towel to clean it, then a dry clean towel to buff it. Water is best because it doesn't streak or haze nearly as quickly as glass cleaner.

1. The lack of get up and go. Yeah she is tuner friendly and weighs little to nothing but I think they could of given her a bit more power as a standard.
2. The non upgraded oem audio system. The deck is nice but the speakers lack mid range and are absolute shit and there are no pre-fitted speakers available on crutchfield to order for this model yet. I want to replace all speakers and add in 2 10" subs in the trunk on the sides pointed inwards. |
