primed, sanded, gloss black, clear coat.

Lots of time for two small pieces but if it's the feel I want inside, it will definitely be worth it.

I wrapped all the silver trim pieces in 3M gloss black vinyl from amazon. It looks really great.

Tested how the Waxing I've been doing is holding up, with an all natural car wash!

In all seriousness, I had to put down a layer of ONR and dry it off to make sure I didn't end up with any water spots.

I also hit some milestones at the blood bank, so I don't need to order license plate covers!

Yesterday I dried her off after the rain (yay rain!). It looked like it was over.

Then it rained again. So I dried her off again.

Then it rained again.

At that point I decided I was going to dry her off each time and maybe I could singlehandedly end the drought!

I wound up drying her off 4 times yesterday and again this morning!

Then I got in the trunk and I think I've stopped some of the rattling/clanking issues I've been having. I did the "pop the welds with a screwdriver" trick in a bunch of places I hadn't tried before and I made sure everything I could touch was tight and secured. I also taped the inside trunk release to itself so it couldn't shake about. Went for a drive and all seemed quiet.

Installed the Diode Dynamics "Tail as Turn" module. Waiting for the LEDs for the "Turn as Reverse" lights. If you happen to be following me, please let me know how they look.
