No rubbing at all front or back. Its a very tight fit. However I can go full lock with no rubbing. I need to get some more photos, only other one is below.

Yeah....fit.....tight fit. Happened upon a groupbuy for an offset of +35 did a fair amount of research to make sure it would not rub with 255/40. Swift springs and whiteline LCA's are next on the list.

Guess I gotta stretch to make my work meisters fit. Anywho I got another question. My current setup is as follows

Enkei rpf1
17x9 + 35
Hankook v12
245/40 front
255/40 rear

My buddy gave me a set of used hankook rs3 225/45 up front and 255/40 in the rear. My question is what would be my ideal setup right now? Do I swap out the 245s for 255s and use the v12 in the front with the rs3 in the rear, or am I better off using both pairs of rs3

i think you'll be better of with RS3 all around, but 225 on 9 is kind of stretched...

in this weather it will be weird, because i think the V12 are a bit grippier than RS3 in colder weather, could be a weird driving experience if you push the car.

Has anyone tried 275/40/17 tires? I feel like the sidewall is going to be way too tall to work but I am trying to fit more tire under my car for next year without going 18".

You would have to have a ton of ride height to fit tires that tall. I'm sure it could be done with the right offset and camber but it might not be the same camber as is "fast" especially in the rear.

Looks like I am stuck at 255s then for 17".
