I'm not the expert on this so I don't even know if this could cause your code, but is it possible you got the placement of the 2 sensors backwards?

My data log is absolutely terrible. Even IAM is .76 when running 91 octane tune with 93 octane fuel! I have bad luck. Long term fuel trims 14-15. AFR and wideband AFR reading totally different. Here it is: http://datazap.me/u/tomaszjanczak/ce...h?log=0&data=5 Apart from OpenFlash Tablet tune and OpenFlash header I am 100% stock down to the stock air filter. |

That or something weird like stuffed o2 sensor or you have pluged them in or installed then in incorrect positions. |

- Have a look around the flanges....do you see any soot or black marks?
- Do a soap test to determine it there are leaks. - Unplug both O2 sensors and re-install again....just to be sure. I'm very curious to know what's causing these issues, so keep us updated on this. |

Installed today on my Vortech/Perrin 2.5 catted/resonated Headerback and applied the OFT300 tune. Car sounds badass now when I put the gas on, still sounds tame when I'm just taking it easy.
Good stuff! |

I started the car and did the soapy water test and I found no leaks anywhere, neither at the gaskets or O2 sensors. Took a thin piece of paper and put it around everywhere to see if it blows from the leaks, absolutely nothing. OpenFlash Tablet shows basically the same thing as last time (I only checked during idle). Secondary O2 sensor still reads high 11s AFR at idle and the other 2 are close but long term fuel trim is 13-14% at idle. I couldn't smell any exhaust fumes while under the header either. O2 sensors are screwed in the right places and to the correct plugs. Don't see any black marks near any of the gaskets. |

wideband afr.
the cal might be a bit off but it follows the front o2 reading pretty well on my car, untill the primary 02 goes past its narrow range. the second o2 is a bit more wideband than primary o2 you rearly need the bosh wideband sensor but its a usefull test |

02 sensor probably not cheap so it may be worth taking to a shop to be sure, i dont trust my diagnosis that well from other side of the planet. o2 sensors can be damaged if dropped or impacts or if deformed too much torque applied to tighten. i ran a thread tap through the o2 fitting to clean up threads before fitting o2 sensors. Initially the idea was just using the o2 sensor but pretty sure shiv said it needs a controller more recently?

Yes pretty sure you need bosch sensor and controller. But stock sensor seems to have similar calibration to what they set up wideband afr for, reads fairly close to front sensor, good enough for comparision (would not tune off it) if you think you have crook sensor. next time you log with oft try logging afr, wideband and commanded afr they all follow fairly well.
