This happens quite a bit in Australia. More expensive, shit service and grossly inefficient.

Put mine on last night, replacing a Borla UEL. Car seems to run smoother, and the OFH is quite a bit louder than the Borla on my setup - all stock except for header and Berk catted FP. OFH has a lot more bark and sounds more UELly.
Seat of the pants feels about the same but AFR's are happier 6k+. |

15 working days passes.
items are still in same country. Blame USPS all you want but I've used them a million times before with no issues for large Items. I call bullshit. International customers have been given the leftovers whilst the U.S. Customers have been given first priority. Meanwhile 6 months later I'm still sitting here waiting for something to arrive I paid for in full half a year ago. I have NEVER had to wait this long to receive any item. |

With international shipments, the packages are actually delivered (vs picked up at our office) to the local US Postal office. Usually, this does not pose a problem. But in this case, all the international shipments were sitting in their office for several days without our knowledge. Despite our several attempts to locate the packages and figure out why the tracking numbers weren't entered into the system, it was only until we got a letter (snail mail!) from the post office saying that we had our packages still there, waiting for some additional shipping information (which they have never asked for before). This was brought to our attention last Thursday afternoon and was resolved the next morning. So these international packages should be en route as we were informed. Of course, we will follow up with USPS on Monday to confirm. This is an unfortunate incidence that we did our best to resolve quickly. There are few things more uncomfortable (for all parties!) that having nearly $10k worth of parts shipped and temporarily lost in transit. Sorry for the inconvenience. Best Regards, Shiv |

I just find it as no mere coincidence that apparently the Items that have been held at USPS for 3 weeks that have magically been found and are now on there way aligns with the delivery of there new headers shipment.
My theory being they printed the shipping labels and the info was given to USPS 3 weeks ago to shut us up and be happy the parcels were on there way. Very easy to blame USPS when international customers have no point of contact to get in touch with them, new shipment of headers arrived... now that they have taken care of there Local customers they would now ship out the international ones. Whilst my rant isn't very constructive and also doesn't help speed up the process of my parcel being delivered 6 months of waiting does a lot of things to your head

This is actually pretty common. Packages go through with non-critical but required info being missing or incorrect all the time, until one day they get stopped. I've been notified of issues with packages a full month after they'd been sent and delayed. Sometimes it's a postal worker having a bad day, or maybe one finally having a good day, and actually looking at what they're shipping. Sometimes your packages go through the first couple times, only to have a single post office in the entire country complain to the originating one that something was amiss. Sometimes there's not actually anything wrong with a package, but their machines can't scan it. FWIW. I work in the fulfillment industry. Not proof by any means that Openflash is on the up-and-up, but I've seen enough of this first hand to give them the benefit of the doubt. USPS is absolutely terrible to work with.

being their sole customer in japan, ive received great customer service, so i dont think they are biased towards their domestic customers.

So I didn't get an email after I purchased header+tablet. Do they email tracking info once they ship?

I called them and they said headers will be ready in about 2 weeks so I will email them then. I bought the combo, not separately

I bought the two together, the header was in stock but the tablet wasn't. Once the tablet became available, I automatically received the USPS click-n-ship tracking notification.
