That is crazy, unless you know you'll be driving through a miles of construction zone(s) then that's way overkill.

A followup from my previous post, it was not the oil filter that failed me. It was still leaking oil like crazy so i drove it to the dealer. They found a cracked line that goes into the oil filter. They kept the car and put me in a '15 Subaru Forester loaner.

I feel too tall in a forester...would have loved to drive a WRX or impreza. Lower to the ground.

Unfortunately I haven't found the time to get my Perrin catback installed yet, but I did get a chance to put my K&N drop in filter and TOM'S clear tails installed last night.

Ignore the dirt, it rained for the first time in ages in NorCal the other day so the fine layer of CA dust turned into mud splats and I have not had a chance to wash it off.

I also FINALLY got a tracking number for my Flossy shift knob after ignoring the multiple awful reviews here (yes it did take four weeks and a PayPal dispute to get a RESPONSE, plus another week after he claimed it would ship to actually see a tracking number. So if you're debating, just don't...). So the Raceseng reverse lockout lever I also installed last night should look much better than with the stock shift knob

I also now have metal shavings from punching out the stock reverse lockout lever pin, so I need to vacuum out the console/shifter area. Didn't notice that last night in the parking garage, but did just know uploading the pictures
