I was thinking about the 60S but I heard 80R has that deep sound that I am looking for. I wonder stock everthing else + 80R will create any drone?

80R sounds a bit raspy to me. I'd probably go with the 60R and it will go away. That pipe size will make it real deep sounding, but its very hard to contain the rasp when punching it.

60R is actually the loudest and is prone to get the most rasp due to it being a straight design without any mufflers or resonators
60S is the quietest of the 3 and has a muffler and resonator
80R is a bit less loud than 60R and is more bassy/deep sounding, but keep it does drone since it is the largest diameter of the 3

You need UEL header for your popping(boxer rumble) not OFT. UEL header is key to the sound your looking for.
I am running Borla UEL, PLM overpipe, Invidia front pipe, and Tomei 60s. With this set up 60S is Loud as 60R.
Harley guys, blowers(with headset), dogs they all turn their heads when I drive by. It's so loud that I am thinking about putting in my OEM front pipe back.

I think he was referring to the crackling. That is caused by the OFT.

Sorry, but what are you trying to ask?
If you're asking whether if the 60s is quieter than the 60r, the answer is yes (just slightly though). Remember that the 60r is basically a straight pipe, compared to the 60s, which has a small muffler.

There are a lot of catless options? are you looking for headers? Try Borla, JDL, Gruppe, I think P&L makes one, Buddy Club, Skunk2, Rev Works, MXP, DC, ft86speedfactory makes one. Those are all catless UEL headers
